Thirsting for water, the Samaratan woman comes to the well, along with her bucket, to retrieve what she thought would quench her thirst. Little did she know that she would encounter Jesus at this very well, who is also thirsty. Jesus' thirst is not a physical one, but a spiritual one; he thirsts for this woman's faith. After a life-changing conversation with the Messiah, the Samaratan woman leaves the well, and her bucket, in order to tell her neighbors about the
"living water" Jesus had given her. She will never be the same again.
