When we pray the Lord's prayer, we ought to ask for the grace to pray this prayer with the very same sentiments, love and reverence of Jesus. There is no question that Jesus desires that we abide in Him; that we would be one with Him. When we pray the Lord's Prayer, and say the words "Our Father," we can confidently state that we pray this prayer with Jesus. Think about this: you and Jesus, in the depths of your being, pray together these words: "Our Father."  This is amazing! 

Take time to enter into this Word. Ask Jesus for the gift of Sonship; that you would come to know and love the Father; in, with and through Jesus.
