Amazing Parish Conference
The Amazing Parish Conference is a practical and one-of-a-kind experience for parish leaders. You’ll receive first-hand organizational health training from New York Times best-selling author, Patrick Lencioni, and you’ll learn from dynamic and engaging speakers including Jeff Cavins, Curtis Martin, and Chris Stefanick. The conference experience is also an opportunity for personal and spiritual renewal with daily Mass, confession and Eucharistic Adoration.
Unlike other conferences, an Amazing Parish Conference is a a workshop-style format so pastors and parish leadership team members can work side-by-side to learn what a real leadership team looks like, how it operates, and how it can best serve its parishioners. By the end of the conference, you’ll also have gained a lot of knowledge and insight, you’ll have a clear, practical vision of what leadership can look like at your parish and how to implement it once you get home.
The Rebuilt Conference
The next Rebuilt Conference will take place in 2020.
The Rebuilt Conference is a unique event for pastors, parish leaders, staff and volunteer ministers, interested parishioners, and anyone who is interested in their church community. While this conference is offered in the context of our Catholic faith, it is also open to all our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Rebuilt is for people in the trenches who are interested in building or rebuilding healthy and growing communities of faith. The conference includes awesome keynote speakers, a dozen or more breakout sessions on an array of topics critical to successful parish life, amazing contemporary music and worship, and lots and lots of fun.
Rebuilt is hosted by the team at Church of the Nativity, whose story of parish renewal is told in Rebuilt: Awakening the Faithful, Reaching the Lost, Making Church Matter.
Divine Renovation Conference
The last Divine Renovation Conference took place in 2018.
Since its publication, Fr James Mallon's best selling book, "DIVINE RENOVATION" has ignited a flame in the hearts of many pastors and church leaders throughout the world who have a desire to see their church renewed and transformed.
Catholics and non-Catholics alike, attended the first ever DIVINE RENOVATION CONFERENCE in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and experienced this first hand. On June 13 & 14, 2016, Saint Benedict Parish in Halifax welcomed the world to an enriching two days filled with opportunity to be inspired, informed, equipped and empowered to bring transformation to their own faith community.
Experienced and inspiring speakers presented on timely topics and themes from the book. Delegates immersed themselves in the beauty of their faith as the joy-filled, welcoming community of Saint Benedict shares with them what God can do when a local church says "YES".
Making Disciples Workshop (Catherine of Siena Institute)
Making Disciples is a three day workshop that trains parish leaders to foster in others the awakening of personal faith in Christ and intentional discipleship. The workshop includes how to recognize the pre-discipleship stages of spiritual growth, how to facilitate spiritual growth in the baptized and non-baptized, ways of sharing your own personal witness and the "Great Story" of Jesus in gentle, intriguing, and non-threatening ways, how parish based evangelization processes and other existing parish programs can help create a parish culture of discipleship and how to integrate these evangelizing skills and concepts into the full spectrum of parish life and ministry.
Evangelical Catholic Evangelication Training Camps (ETC)
Priests and local pastoral leaders learn to lead evangelistic ministries and successfully implement proven strategic outreach methods. Over 4 days, participants grow in their connection to Jesus and the Church while developing pre-evangelistic conversation skills and other crucial aspects of evangelization. All campuses leave with a plan for evangelization tailored to the particular needs of their ministry. Students, and staff are spiritually refreshed, able to return to their campuses with contagious energy to share the Good News! EC nationwide training camps have brought together thousands of students, parishioners, pastors, and campus ministry staff from over 150 different campuses, parishes, and organizations since 2006. St. Paul Street Evangelization - Basic Evangelization Training
Basic Evangelization Training is among the most hands on, practical, and dynamic evangelization workshops for Catholics in the world today. Participants will gain the courage they need to be an enthusiastic and joyful evangelists as they overcome the fear many of us have to share our faith.
They offer one and two day workshops. Participants who complete the training will receive basic certification, membership in an online training site, and materials to engage their parishes and schools in the work of evangelization. Participants will learn through presentations and hands-on demonstrations as they practice using methods and tools that really work. This training is useful for all kinds of evangelization, not just with street evangelization. Whether you want to evangelize family and friends, with a program at church, coworkers, or on the street, you’ll find much here to use.
