Forming Leaders for Mission

The Basics
Forming Leaders for Mission is a one-day or two-evening session designed to support all in the parish community in discerning and developing their particular calls to lead within their personal, family, community, parish, and collaborative lives. During the session, participants will begin to discover their unique calls to lead and learn skills needed to be effective. This dynamic workshop includes a mixture of group activities, individual reflection, prayer, and conversation.
 
The Audience

• Any and all parish and collaborative staff (pastoral teams), parish councils, school boards, finance councils, collaborative councils, plan-writing teams are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop. 
• Any and all volunteers or parishioners whom you believe would benefit from this training and support are also welcome to attend.
• We encourage the councils, boards, plan-writing teams, and pastoral teams to attend this workshop together as a group, so they can benefit from discussing the ideas and material presented together immediately. 
• We understand the realities of those living busy lives as well; therefore, we know that it may not always be possible for a team or council to attend a particular date together.

Please note -- registration closes one week prior to the workshop date. 
Payment can be mailed prior to the workshop date or presented upon entry.  Workshops are capped at 60 participants – we will gladly add workshop dates to meet interest as needed.  Please check back here for updates.
